Preparing step by step:
- Boil the spaghetti in accordance with the instructions on the packaging and rinse it in cold water.
- Take the boiled mussels out of the shells and leave a few in the shells for the garnish.
- Peel the tomatoes. Cut them into four pieces, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips.
- Cut the cucumber into cubes, the blanched celery into thin slices and the basil into thin strips.
- Mix all of the vegetables and the basil with the pasta.
- Add olive oil and vinegar to taste.
- Add the mayonnaise and the capers and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, mix in the mussels and the rocket.
- Serve the salad in a dish and garnish with the mussels in the shells.
